FAQ's

Midwest Ice Box Trailers wants to make sure all of your questions are answered.  The following are few of the most frequent questions. If you have further questions about any of our services, please contact us by either phone or email.

 

The trailers run off of a standard 115 Volt 20 Amp outlet circuit.  A 50 foot power cord is supplied with the trailer.

Yes it can. If you don’t have an electrical outlet within 50 feet, a generator can be used to power the trailers.  If you plan to use your own generator, it will need to be approved before rental. We also have rental generators available for use.

No. The trailer will be set where the customer needs the trailer, and then secured with hitch locks, trailer stabilizers, and wheel chocks.  Customers are not allowed to move trailer after being set for liability purposes.

The double rear doors are lockable.  We do not provide locks for the rear doors, but will have hitch locks on the trailer receiver.

A 50 foot power cord is provided with the trailer.  Any added extension cords are not allowed to be used with the trailer.  

Trailers can be rented for 1 day, 3 days, weekly, or monthly.  Whatever fits your needs the best.

Midwest Ice Box Trailers is located in the Indianapolis, IN area.

We will deliver trailers anywhere in the Midwest.  There is no deliver fee for any local delivery within 35 miles of Indianapolis, IN.  Outside of the 35 mile free delivery area will have a delivery fee added to cost of the trailer rental. Contact us for a delivery fee quote.
